… great information for you
Writing down your thoughts about your stay at Casa de Vista benefits the guests who come after you. Before you leave, please take a moment to jot down your St Croix memories, experiences, recommendations, and suggestions.
I know … I know … no one wants to show:
- their messy handwriting
- their horrible spelling
- or the fact that they are “not sure what to say”
… it’s okay… RELAX … and jot those ideas down for future guests. We are sure that you looked through The Casa de Vista Guestbook and possibly got an idea or two to do during your stay. Pay it forward.
Our Vacation Home Guestbook
… made easy for you
- We have a fun designated area at the writing desk behind the couch. And … there is, of course – A VIEW – from the desk. And you can take the book anywhere to write in it. Maybe one of the bedrooms with a little air conditioning or poolside while you are relaxing.
- We have an actual book (or two) there for you to write in.
- Pens & Pencils … colored pencils or crayons are available, and you don’t even have to look for them. They are in the glass on the top of the desk, in the drawer, and even in the Junk Drawer! YES … we have a Junk Drawer at Casa de Vista – doesn’t every home have one of these?!?! (Be watching for a future Field Trip about the Junk Drawer)
- And finally. We are telling you – DON’T WORRY – about your entry … just take a stab at it. You don’t need to be a professional writer; don’t worry, I’m not grading on penmanship &/or spelling (I took “my teacher hat” off several years ago). Don’t worry about a narrative either … make a list of your group’s faves or suggestions.
We’ve been coming to the Virgin Islands and, more specifically, St Croix for 11+ years, and we are still finding adventures and hidden gems to explore. A lot of times, the ideas are from the guestbook where we would happen to be staying – and even now, our vacation home guestbook.
So remember:
- Please take a moment to write in Casa de Vista’s Guest Book. Or everyone in your group can write a little something in the book. Or … someone in the group can dictate while everyone shouts out their FAVES.
- Make that list & share it on …
- And … thank you for remembering to do this for the next guests!
- … they thank you, too. (Especially me – we are always looking for new ideas of things to do, places to go, and restaurant/food suggestions.
BTW:
Question: When do you look at and read the Vacation Home Guestbook (aka The Casa de Vista Guestbook)?
Answer: (Your answer should be) When you arrive at Casa de Vista and get settled in! You don’t want to miss out on any of the fun of St Croix!
