- Jack & Isaac (Parking Area out by Pt Udall)
- Goat Hill (out by Pt Udall)
- The Annaly Bay Tide Pools (starts at Carambola Resort)
- Hamm’s Bluff (Lighthouse & great views at the end of the hike)
- Ha’Penny Beach (beach walk-out & back (approx. 2 miles)
- “Our Morning Walk” on the road (approx. 3 miles) from the big satellite dish parking lot to Pt Udall and back.

- Cane Bay is great for snorkeling and scuba diving (the world-famous “Wall”). There are beach bars and food on site.
- Rainbow Beach (chairs…toys…food – good for snorkeling-calm)
- Tamarind Reef Beach (fun “things to do beach” – food)
- Sandy Point National Wildlife Refuge is open only on weekends from 10 am to 4 pm from the first weekend in September through the last weekend in March. (The rest of the year, it is protected for endangered sea turtles, as it is a critical nesting habitat for the leatherback sea turtle.)
- Ha’Penny Beach (pronounced Hey Penny) – South Shore – (take all your things)
- Frederiksted Beach (good for snorkeling-calm)
- Shoy Beach (take your things)
All beaches in the US Virgin Islands are public – even at the resorts (you’ll often pay a small day fee for chairs and amenities)!! Google “Beaches of St Croix” … and start BEACHING!!
Or better yet, Casa de Vista has a newly remodeled pool, perfect for our guests to “stay in” for the day. Take a Field Trip to the pool and check it out.

Spend some time walking around the downtown areas of Christiansted or Frederiksted. You’ll find local jewelry artisans, artists, island-style clothing, gift shops, and more. Look for local events or cruise ship days in Frederiksted, where you’ll also find local street vendors.
